In separate suits arising out of the same automobile collision by which the passengers and driver of one of the automobiles sought to recover damages of the owner of the other, the court, over objection of all the plaintiffs, ordered the actions tried together. Held that the trial court has inherent power in its discretion to direct the trial together of cases arising out of the same facts, although the rights and liabilities of the parties may differ.
